The Transmission Companies may also elect, through the joint exercise of the individual filing rights set forth in Section 3.04(a) of the TOA and as may be set forth in comparable provisions of one or more ITC Agreements to submit joint filings under Section 205 to establish common terms and conditions applicable to Local Service provided by some or all of the Transmission Companies.
The NDTOs will file applications with the Commission for approval of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the ITC Agreements.
