IT Work definition

IT Work means the total of all hardware, software, software licenses, networks, cloud services, telecom, servers, databases, electronic programs, and related actions, management, services, Records (electronic or physical) or responsibilities, that Contractor will develop, update, upgrade, grant, deliver, transmit, perform, or provide to TVA under this Contract.
