IT Separation Plan definition

IT Separation Plan means the information technology separation plan attached to the Transition Services Agreement.
IT Separation Plan means the IT separation plan to be agreed between the Parties after the date of this Agreement, in accordance with Clause 6.7;
IT Separation Plan has the meaning given in Section 4.3(b)(i).

Examples of IT Separation Plan in a sentence

  • Seller Parent, after giving reasonable notice to and consulting in good faith with Buyer, may commence such separation prior to the IT Separation Plan being mutually agreed.

  • The Sellers, after giving reasonable notice to and consulting in good faith with the Purchasers, may commence the Stage Two IT Separation prior to the Stage Two IT Separation Plan being mutually agreed.

  • The IT Separation Plan shall include the functions listed in Exhibit G.

Related to IT Separation Plan

  • Separation Plan means the Company’s Separation Plan Amended and Restated Effective August 13, 2006, as may be amended from time to time or any successor plan, program, arrangement or agreement thereto.

  • Transition Plan means a transition plan, acceptable to the LHIN that indicates how the needs of the HSP’s clients will be met following the termination of this Agreement and how the transition of the clients to new service providers will be effected in a timely manner; and

  • Severance Plan means any severance plan maintained by the Company that is applicable to the Participant.

  • Parent Plan means an Employee Benefit Plan sponsored, maintained, or contributed to by Parent or its Affiliates or with respect to which Parent or its Affiliates have any liability.

  • Master Separation Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals.
