IT Room definition

IT Room means the office area identified as the “IT Server Room” on drawing A2.2 of Exhibit B-1.
IT Room shall have the meaning specified in Section 8.2(b).

  • The IT Room shall have electrical circuits to support two Uninterruptible Power Supplies.

  • Following the completion of Lessor’s Work, Lessee shall have no further Lessee’s IT Room Payment Obligations or any other obligations relating to the Existing IT Room.

  • The IT Room shall be within 90 meters of all seats to be used by the On-Site Employees.
