IT Report definition

IT Report means the IT report dated 18 February 2011 prepared by Phoenix relating to the Acquisitions and addressed to the Reliance Parties.
IT Report means the IT report dated 29 April 2014, prepared by KPMG relating to the Target and its Subsidiaries and addressed to, and/or capable of being relied upon, by the Reliance Parties.
IT Report means that certain report dated November, 1999, prepared by The IT Corporation, in conjunction with a Phase I environmental site assessment covering the Properties.
