  • The IT Outsourcing Committee shall be chaired by a Symetra representative, and the ACS members shall include the ACS Project Executive and appropriate ACS executives and managers.

  • Further, the IT Outsourcing Committee may invite industry thought leaders to participate in such meetings to facilitate information exchange and increase the value of the strategies discussed.
