IT Helpdesk’ definition
IT Helpdesk’ means the centralized information technology support ticketing system that services City employees;
IT Helpdesk’ means a 1800 number phone helpdesk provided by the Department for Host Contacts to use to report problems with the equipment provided by the Department;
