IT Group for the purposes of the Commission shall mean the Company, International Career Specialists Ltd., Systemsearch Consulting Services Inc., Systems PS Inc., and any other corporation, partnership, joint venture, or business division which becomes controlled by any corporation or any such entity within the IT Group during the term of this Agreement.
