IT Facilities definition

IT Facilities means the physical and online IT facilities provided by the College including without limitation hardware computers, laptops and copiers, StudentNet, Blackboard (the College’s virtual learning environment) and internal emailaccounts;
IT Facilities means computer hardware and software telecommunication facilities an electronic device which is capable
IT Facilities means applications, software packages, network connections together with any documentation and any other facilities being provided by ENGEN (and/or Affiliates of ENGEN as the case may be) as specified in Schedule I to this Agreement, as may be amended from time to time3;

Examples of IT Facilities in a sentence

  • The School will not be liable for any loss, damage or inconvenience arising directly or indirectly from the use of IT Facilities.

  • The IT Facilities must not be used for personal commercial, political, charitable, and other such activities unless expressly authorised by the school.

  • This is subject, in common with university employees, to the Guidelines for the Use of IT Facilities policy.

  • Work as a role-holder or operate as a University member (as applicable) within the University Regulations, Policies, Procedures, and Codes of Practice, including but not exclusively relating to Equality and Diversity, Academic Freedom and Freedom of Speech (including the Events and External Speakers Code of Practice), Dignity and Respect, Health and Safety, Use of IT Facilities, Safeguarding of under-18s and vulnerable adults, and protocols for responding to the death of a student.

  • The School’s IT Facilities should only be used to support learning, teaching, research, administration and approved business activities of the School.

  • Users may not use the school’s IT Facilities to store personal non- work-related information or materials on the IT Facilities (e.g. eBooks, music, home videos, photography), and use of the IT Facilities is provided with no expectation of privacy.

  • The School’s IT Facilities provide a number of integral services and, therefore, any attempt to misuse a computer system could cause significant disruption to other users at the School.

  • Seller believes that the expense amounts referred to in the previous sentence fairly present in all material respects the direct and allocated operating expenses of the CDS Operations, excluding any allocations relating to Corporate IT, Facilities and G&A, for the relevant periods, given the allocation methodologies utilized by the management of Seller and its parent company during such periods.

  • Such change may also require the Merchant to update its IT Facilities at the Merchant’s own cost so that it remains compatible and interfaces correctly with the Acquiring Services.
