IT EXCHANGE definition
IT EXCHANGE means the transfer to a third party of the information technology assets, including hardware, software and communications assets of any or all of ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo Alarm Services, Inc., ▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇ Protective Services Corporation or Company, in exchange for services to be provided by such third party or its affiliates.
