IT Documentation definition

IT Documentation means any information technology related documentation and documentation supporting any Software (including system documentation, notes and flowcharts);
IT Documentation means instructions, manuals, notes, charts or other information, including Source Code Materials and training materials, relating to the use, implementation, integration, set-up, configuration, operation, maintenance or support of hardware, software or content, in any form or medium.

Examples of IT Documentation in a sentence

  • Applications and operating system software (including related IT Documentation) licensed to Limited Brands Entities by a third party and made available to or used for the benefit of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ under this Schedule shall not be available for ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ use unless the applicable licensor first consents in writing to Limited Brands, if such consent is required.

  • All Company IP and Licensed IP conforms to and performs in all material respects in accordance with the applicable IT Documentation and specifications therefor and in accordance with the relevant specifications provided to the Company's current and prospective clients and end users.

  • Notwithstanding anything in this Schedule II or in the body of the Agreement, following any termination of the Agreement or any termination or expiration of this Schedule II, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ may retain and use copies of all IT Documentation.
