During the period of notice the Provider shall continue to provide the Services as specified in the ISUPA.
In the event that the relevant ISUPA is not terminated the Local Prices payable under that ISUPA will be continue.
The Authority may terminate an ISUPA on no less than fourteen (14) nights’ notice for any reason.
The Authority shall discuss with the Provider the viability of continuing with the relevant ISUPA.
The Fees shall be set out in the Invitation Response and will be further detailed in the Order and/or ISUPA.
Nursing care shall only be provided to a Resident if specified in the relevant ISUPA and in accordance with the requirements of CQC registration.
