Examples of ISUPA in a sentence

  • During the period of notice the Provider shall continue to provide the Services as specified in the ISUPA.

  • In the event that the relevant ISUPA is not terminated the Local Prices payable under that ISUPA will be continue.

  • The Authority may terminate an ISUPA on no less than fourteen (14) nights’ notice for any reason.

  • The Authority shall discuss with the Provider the viability of continuing with the relevant ISUPA.

  • The Fees shall be set out in the Invitation Response and will be further detailed in the Order and/or ISUPA.
