Issue Order definition

Issue Order means a written statement, request or order of the Issuer signed in its name by the Chairman of the Board, the President or Vice President, a Secretary or a Treasurer of the Company.
Issue Order means a written request or order signed on behalf of each Issuer by an Officer thereof and delivered to the Trustee.
Issue Order means a written request or order on behalf of the Company by an Officer of the Company.

  • Executive Order means Executive Order No. 13224 of September 23, 2001, entitled Blocking Property and Prohibiting Transactions With Persons Who Commit, Threaten to Commit, or Support Terrorism (66 Fed. Reg. 49079 (2001)).

  • Change Order means a written instrument signed by Owner and Contractor stating their agreement upon all of the following: (1) a change in the Work; (2) the amount of the adjustment in the Contract Sum, if any, and (3) the extent of the adjustment in the Contract Time, if any.

  • Export Order means a written export order or contract for the purchase by the Buyer from Borrower of any of the Items.

  • Claims Bar Date Order means that certain order entered by the Bankruptcy Court establishing the Claims Bar Date.
