Issue Date Collateral definition
Issue Date Collateral means all of the following property, in each case, wherever located (other than Turkey) and now owned or at any time hereafter acquired by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or in which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries now has or at any time in the future may acquire any right, title or interest:
Issue Date Collateral means the Senior Notes Issue Date Collateral and the Senior Secured Notes Issue Date Collateral;
Issue Date Collateral means the Asset Collateral on the Issue Date comprising (i) Spare Parts and (ii) the Pledged IP, in each case, subject to the first-priority Lien granted pursuant to the terms of the Collateral Documents. For the avoidance of doubt, the Lien will not apply to (1) any Spare Part so long as it is incorporated in, installed on, attached or appurtenant to, or being used on, an aircraft, engine or Spare Part that is so incorporated, installed, attached, appurtenant or being used, (2) any Spare Part leased to, loaned to, or held on consignment by, GLA, and (3) any Spare Parts that are not specifically identified in the Fiduciary Sale Agreements. Aircraft shall not be included in the Issue Date Collateral.
More Definitions of Issue Date Collateral
Issue Date Collateral means the Collateral that will be granted by the Company and its Restricted Subsidiaries on the Issue Date, including, without limitation, (i) Vessel Mortgages on each of the Collateral Vessels owned by the Issue Date Guarantors as of the Issue Date and (ii) an “all assets” security interest under the Uniform Commercial Code of the State of New York in the personal property of the Issuer and the Issue Date Guarantors, in each case other than Excluded Assets and subject to the Agreed Security Principles.
Issue Date Collateral means all Property that, in accordance with the terms of the Issue Date Security Documents, is intended to be subject to any Lien in favor of the Secured Parties.
Issue Date Collateral means all property of the Company and its Subsidiaries (other than Erser Gida Hafriyat Nakliyat Insaat Turizm Sanayi Ltd Sti.), other than the Turkish Post-Closing Collateral, the Turkish Post-Closing US Collateral and the Excluded Assets.
Issue Date Collateral means the Issue Date Guarantee Collateral and Issue Date Notes Collateral.
