Issue Costs definition

Issue Costs means the costs, commissions, fees and expenses incidental to
Issue Costs shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 7.5;

Examples of Issue Costs in a sentence

  • Debt Issue Costs - Costs incurred in connection with the issuance of debt have been capitalized and are being amortized over the life of the related debt.

  • As further set out in clause 3.3 below, the Claimants agree that Individual Costs and Issue Costs should be treated as Generic Costs.

  • Further unless the Court orders otherwise, each Claimant who wins and to whom an issue applies is liable for a share of Issue Costs, which share is calculated as the total of all Issue Costs attributable to that issue, divided by the number of Claimants who win and to whom that issue applies.

Related to Issue Costs

  • Issuance Costs means the amount set forth in Section 2.2(v) of this Agreement incurred by the City in furtherance of the issuance of TIF Notes plus all costs reasonably incurred by the City in furtherance of the issuance of TIF Obligations, including without limitation the fees and expenses of financial advisors and consultants, the City’s attorneys (including issuer’s counsel, Disclosure Counsel and Bond Counsel), the City’s administrative fees and expenses (including fees and costs of its planning consultants and the SLDC), underwriters’ discounts and fees, the costs of printing any TIF Obligations and any official statements relating thereto, the costs of credit enhancement, if any, capitalized interest, debt service reserves and the fees of any rating agency rating any TIF Obligations.

  • FTE Costs means the FTE Rate multiplied by the applicable number of FTEs who perform a specified activity pursuant to this Agreement.
