Issue Check definition

Issue Check means any check drawn by Customer on an account for which Bank provides the Positive Pay Service.

  • E-Check means any check which You authorize the payee to process electronically. For joint accounts, read singular pronouns in the plural.

  • Issue Size means the total number of equity securities offered to the Accredited Investors;
