Issuance Time definition

Issuance Time means the effective time of the Issuance.
Issuance Time has the meaning set forth in Section 8.4 of this Agreement.

Examples of Issuance Time in a sentence

  • If the Work type is “TO,” the Contractor will dispatch appropriate personnel within the time period specified in Table below, as determined by (i) priority of the Work, as identified in the TO, (ii) whether one or more Contractor FTEs are assigned to the Facility, and (iii) whether the TO Issuance Time is during or outside of Normal Working Hours.

  • Contractor will complete the Work specified in the TO within the completion time specified in Table below, as determined by (i) priority of the Work, as identified in the TO, (ii) whether one or more Contractor FTEs are assigned to the Facility, and (iii) whether the TO Issuance Time is during or outside of Normal Working Hours.

  • If the work type is “FM,” the Contractor will dispatch appropriate personnel within the time period specified in Table 2.4.2 below, as determined by (i) priority of the work, as identified in the SWO, (ii) whether one or more Contractor FTEs are assigned to the Facility, and (iii) whether the SWO Issuance Time is during or outside of Normal Working Hours.

  • Contractor must provide written justification for any SWO for Priority 1 through Priority 4 ▇▇▇ not completed within thirty (30) Days after SWO Issuance Time.

  • After the First Issuance Time, the Articles shall not be amended, either directly or indirectly, or through merger, consolidation, combination, share exchange or other transaction with another corporation, in any manner that would alter or change the powers, preferences or special rights of the Units so as to affect the Units adversely without the affirmative vote of the holders of at least a majority of the outstanding Units, voting separately as a class.

  • Contractor will complete the Work specified in the SWO within the completion time specified in Table 2.6.1.1 below, as determined by (i) priority of the work, as identified in the SWO, (ii) whether one or more Contractor FTEs are assigned to the Facility, and (iii) whether the SWO Issuance Time is during or outside of Normal Working Hours.

  • At the Issuance Time, (i) the Company shall deliver irrevocable instructions to Corporate Stock Transfer, the Company’s transfer agent, or such other person as the parties shall jointly designate in writing, to issue to each Subscriber certificates representing the Securities (collectively, “Issuable Securities”) registered in the name of such Subscriber, and for the number and kind of Issuable Securities set forth on Exhibit A hereto.

  • Contractor will complete the Work specified in the TO within the completion time specified in Table 3.6.1.1 below, as determined by (i) priority of the Work, as identified in the TO, (ii) whether one or more Contractor FTEs are assigned to the Facility, and (iii) whether the TO Issuance Time is during or outside of Normal Working Hours.

  • The representations and warranties made by the Company in Section 3 hereof shall be true and correct in all material respects as of the Issuance Time with the same force and effect as if they had been made as of the Issuance Time, and the Company shall have performed all obligations and conditions herein required to be performed or observed by it at or prior to the Issuance Time.

  • The representations and warranties made by Purchaser and Merger Sub in Section 4 hereof shall be true and correct in all material respects as of the Issuance Time with the same force and effect as if they had been made as of the Issuance Time, and each of Purchaser and Merger Sub shall have performed all obligations and conditions herein required to be performed or observed by it at or prior to the Issuance Time.

Related to Issuance Time

  • Reference Time with respect to any setting of the then-current Benchmark means (1) if such Benchmark is USD LIBOR, 11:00 a.m. (London time) on the day that is two London banking days preceding the date of such setting, and (2) if such Benchmark is not USD LIBOR, the time determined by the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion.

  • Exchange Time means the time at which the right to exercise the Rights shall terminate pursuant to Section 3.1(c) hereof.

  • Acceptance Time shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(b).

  • Stockholder Approval Date means the date on which Stockholder Approval is received and deemed effective under Delaware law.

  • Rise time means the difference in time between the 10 per cent and 90 per cent response of the final reading (t90 – t10).
