Issuance Documents definition

Issuance Documents means:
Issuance Documents means the Indenture, each Note, the Trust Agreement, the Funding Agreement, the Distribution Agreement, the Administrative Services Agreement, the License Agreement and the Expense and Indemnity Agreements and any other documents or instruments entered into by, with respect to, or on behalf of, the Trust.
Issuance Documents means each Note, the Indenture, the Agreement, the Administrative Services Agreement, the License Agreement, the Expense and Indemnity Agreements, the Distribution Agreement, the Funding Agreement and any other documents or instruments entered into by, or with respect to, or on behalf of, the Trust.

  • This Coordination Agreement is intended to be in furtherance of the agreements reflected in the documents related to the Issuance Documents, and not in conflict.

  • Receipt by the Agent, the Purchasers and their respective Affiliates of any fees required to be paid under the Agent Fee Letter, hereunder or under the other Note Documents and the Equity Issuance Documents on or before the Combination Closing Date.

  • This Agreement, the other Note Documents, the Equity Issuance Documents and any separate letter agreements with respect to fees payable to the Agent, constitute the entire contract among the parties relating to the subject matter hereof and supersede any and all previous agreements and understandings, oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof.

  • A Trust shall forward to the Administrator such information (which is in the possession of such Trust or the Delaware Trustee) in connection with the Issuance Documents and this Administrative Services Agreement as the Administrator may from time to time reasonably request in connection with the performance of its obligations hereunder.

Issuance Documents means, jointly, this Indenture, the Original Collateral Agreements, the Collateral Agreements, and the other documents and/or amendments related to the instruments referred to above.

Related to Issuance Documents

  • Finance Documents means these Terms and Conditions, the Agency Agreement and any other document designated by the Issuer and the Agent as a Finance Document.

  • Reference Documents means the documents provided with and so designated in the RFP. The Reference Documents, including Plans contained therein and/or so designated, are not Contract Documents and were provided to the Design-Builder for informational purposes only and are relied upon at the Design-Builder’s own risk.

  • Finance Document means this Agreement, any Fee Letter, any Accession Letter, any Resignation Letter and any other document designated as such by the Agent and the Company.
