ISSP definition

ISSP means the person (if any) appointed as international settlement service provider by the RSP from time to time.
ISSP means the India Statistical Strengthening Project, a centrally sponsored scheme, which forms part of the Program, which aims to assist States to improve their statistical systems within a coordinated national framework.
