ISSM definition

ISSM means BCBSSC's comprehensive on-line manual entitled "Information Systems Standards Manual" setting forth the standards, procedures, methodologies, policies and guidelines applicable to BCBSSC's information services operations (including the System), as updated, amended or otherwise modified from time to time in BCBSSC's sole discretion.
