ISPWC definition

ISPWC means the Idaho Specifications for Public Works Construction as currently certified by a professional engineer and adopted by ACHD and as may be certified by a professional engineer and adopted by ACHD in the future from time to time.
ISPWC means the most recent edition of the Idaho Standards for Public Works Construction, as adopted by the City and including City amendments thereto and used as a reference to this ROW Policy.
ISPWC means the Idaho Standards for Public Works Construction, as adopted by the City of Nampa.

Examples of ISPWC in a sentence

  • Payment and Performance Bonds are required on all Public Works Improvement Projects per the ISPWC and the City of Meridian Supplemental Specifications & Drawings to the ISPWC, which by this reference are made a part hereof.

  • All construction and equipment provided under this agreement shall be warranted for 2 years from the date of the City of Meridian acceptance per the ISPWC and the Meridian Supplemental Specifications & Drawings to the ISPWC and any modifications, which by this reference are made a part hereof.
