ISPS Code Documentation includes with respect to each Vessel subject to the ISPS Code, (a) the ISSC Certificate issued under the ISPS Code, and (b) any other documents any documents which are required to establish and maintain the compliance of such Vessel or the compliance of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries with the ISPS Code.

• The Borrower will procure that the Owner and the Approved Manager obtain all necessary ISM Code Documentation and ISPS Code Documentation in connection with the Ship and comply with the ISM Code and the ISPS Code.

• Each Guarantor has obtained or will obtain or will cause to be obtained all necessary ISM Code Documentation and ISPS Code Documentation in connection with the Ship owned or to be owned by it and such Ship’s operation and will be or will cause such Ship and the Approved Manager to be in full compliance with the ISM Code and the ISPS Code.
