ISP Services means the Business Cable Internet Services provided by Rogers to a Customer through an ISP’s network.

• ISP shall provide the ISP Services to ICPs in accordance with the ISP Services Guidelines and up to the ISP Services Credit.

• ISP Services are provided as “up-to” speeds and ISP does not guarantee the maximum Service performance (throughput speeds) levels.

• Microsoft may reallocate the ISP Services Credit among ICPs in Microsoft's sole discretion upon reasonable notice to ISP.

More Definitions of ISP Services

ISP Services means the Collection Services and/or Post-Collection Services provided by the Service Provider for the ISP Materials;

ISP Services means the provision of development, production, encoding, hosting, serving and delivery of "live," "on-demand" and archived ICP Content, as more fully described in Exhibit A.

ISP Services means Institutional Shared Pool services related to the Property as a whole, which are currently comprised of: (i) common grounds and road maintenance outside the Premises; (ii) security and law enforcement; (iii) structural fire response and periodic Fire Marshal inspections; (iv) emergency medical response, including basic life support (but excluding advanced life support); (v) first responder operations (Hazardous Materials); (vi) utility infrastructure systems maintenance and repair (except as otherwise provided in Article 8 and the Utility Plan); and (vii) routine administrative support and management oversight (including basic environmental oversight, but excluding any environmental construction overnight and burrowing owl surveys). ISP Services shall include such additional institutional services as Landlord may from time to time elect to include in the Institutional Shared Pool or any successor pool or other method of sharing the costs of institutional services provided at the Property.
