Any such subcontract or Independent Service Provider agreement must be in writing and must include: for Independent Service Provider (ISP), the standard ISP Agreement language developed by purchaser; for subcontractors, pre-approved subcontract agreements with all the provisions of this Agreement and prior approval of the Purchaser, before the provision of any Covered Service under this Agreement.
