ISO/MMU Requesting Entity definition

ISO/MMU Requesting Entity means an independent system operator or regional transmission organization subject to the Commission’s jurisdiction, or its market monitor, that is requesting Confidential Market Information pursuant to Section 3.3(c) of this Information Policy.
