ISO Limit definition

ISO Limit means the maximum aggregate number of Shares that are permitted to be issued pursuant to the exercise of ISOs granted under the Plan as described in Section 5(a).
ISO Limit means 31,500,000 Shares, subject to adjustment as provided in the Plan and subject to the provisions of Section 422 or 424 of the Code or any successor provisions.
ISO Limit means the lesser of the Plan Limit (as defined in Section 4) or 14,314,887 million Shares, subject to adjustment as provided in the Plan and subject to the provisions of Section 422 or 424 of the Code or any successor provisions.

  • Substitute Awards will not be counted against the Total Share Reserve; provided, that, Substitute Awards issued in connection with the assumption of, or in substitution for, outstanding options intended to qualify as Incentive Share Options will be counted against the ISO Limit.
