ISM Documentation definition

ISM Documentation means (i) the document of compliance and safety management certificate issued pursuant to the ISM Code in relation to the Vessel within the periods specified by the ISM Code, (ii) all other documents and data which are relevant to the safety management system which is required to be developed, implemented and maintained under the ISM Code and its implementation and verification and (iii) any other documents which are prepared or which are otherwise relevant to establish and maintain the Vessel’s or the Owner’s compliance with the ISM Code.
ISM Documentation means (i) the document of compliance and safety management certificate issued pursuant to the ISM Code in relation to the Vessel within the periods specified by the ISM Code, (ii) if applicable, the interim safety management certificate issued pursuant to the ISM Code in relation to the Vessel prior to or on the Delivery Date; (iii) all other documents and data which are relevant to the safety management system which is required to be developed, implemented and maintained under the ISM Code and its implementation and verification and (iv) any other documents which are prepared or which are otherwise relevant to establish and maintain the Vessel’s or the Owner’s compliance with the ISM Code;
