ISED Authorizations definition
ISED Authorizations means all authorizations, orders, licenses and exemptions issued by ISED to Holdings or any of its Subsidiaries, pursuant to authority under the Radiocommunication Act or the Telecommunications Act, as amended, under which Holdings or any of its Subsidiaries is authorized to launch and operate any of its Satellites or to operate any of its transmit only, receive only or transmit and receive earth stations or any ancillary terrestrial communications facilities.
