ISDA Agreements mean the ISDA Master Agreement and all related documentation including the ISDA Master Confirmation, Credit Support Annex, and any schedules thereto.

ISDA Agreements means the ISDA Agreements (as defined in the Fleet/Sovereign P&A Agreement) attributable to the Cape Cod Business.

ISDA Agreements means all ISDA Master Agreements entered into between a Debtor and a Lender for the time being in force, and "ISDA Agreement" shall have a corresponding meaning;

ISDA Agreements means each 2002 ISDA Master Agreement entered or to be entered into between the Issuer and the Hedge Bank(s) together with the respective Schedules thereto;
