ISCs definition

ISCs means a type of Post-Marketing Clinical Study of the Product that is an investigator-initiated study that is sponsored and conducted solely by the relevant investigator-sponsor and/or non-commercial institution as sponsor independently and without the participation, sponsorship, support (financial or otherwise), or any other type of direct involvement or participation of either Party or Affiliates of either Party. The definition “Post-marketing Clinical Studies of the Products” shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced in Section 1 of the Agency and Distribution Agreement in appropriate alphabetical order (and, in addition, any references to “Post-marketing Clinical Studies of the Products” in the Agency and Distribution Agreement shall be referenced as “Post-Marketing Clinical Studies of the Products” as applicable) as follows:
ISCs means the implementation support consultants to be appointed by the Recipient as provided for in Paragraph A.2(b) of Section I of Schedule 2 to this Agreement to assist in the implementation of the Project.
