ISBU definition

ISBU means the integrated base station unit developed pursuant to the IBSU Agreement, including, without limitation, all copyright, patent, and other intellectual proprietary rights in the IBSU and related to the IBSU, which comprises Teletrac Contributions and Tadiran Contributions, and which is described as set forth in Schedule 1.A. to this Agreement. "IBSU" also includes integrated base station units: (i) that are substantially and functionally the same in configuration, design, specifications, modules, and component make-up, among others, as the unit described in Schedule 1.A., and (ii) the components and modules of which are substantially and functionally the same in configuration, design, specifications, and make-up, among others, as the components and modules of the unit described in Schedule 1.A.

Related to ISBU

  • Act of 2004 means the Residential Tenancies Act 2004;

  • ESBD means the Electronic State Business Daily, the electronic marketplace where State of Texas bid opportunities over $25,000 are posted. The ESBD may currently be accessed at http://www.txsmartbuy.com/esbd.

  • Planning Department means the Planning Department of the City and County of San Francisco.

  • Act of 2005 means the Garda Síochána Act 2005;

  • Health Department means the department of environmental quality, a city health department, a county health department, or a district health department, whichever has jurisdiction.
