ISAT definition

ISAT means the integrated system test to be performed upon completion of all Sub-systems and other tests (including tests on measuring equipment and spare parts), in accordance with Article 55 and Appendix 17 (Quality Assurance Guidelines/ Acceptance Test Procedures);
ISAT means Initial System Acceptance test.
ISAT means the Idaho Standards Achievement Test.

  • ISAT shall also, on a best efforts basis, assist RE@LITY with securing a pre – Registration private placement of approximately $500,000.00 into RE@LITY and with securing a post Registration investment of $1,000,000.00 into RE@LITY at a mutually agreeable time.

  • The boards of directors of ISAT and RE@LITY deem it to be in the best interest of ISAT and RE@LITY to proceed with these actions.

  • RE@LITY shall provide payment to ISAT for expenses, including, without limitation, legal, accounting, diligence and structural to be incurred as part of ISAT’s performance pursuant to this Agreement.

  • ISAT shall have the right to appoint one director for the board of directors of RE@LITY, with such director being Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx.

  • TDSAT means Telecom Dispute Settlement and Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi.

  • ISA means the Israeli Securities Authority.

  • NOC means Network and Support Operating Centre.

  • Uptime means the time period when specified services are available with specified technical and service standards as mentioned in section titled WARRANTY SUPPORT” "%Uptime" means ratio of 'up time' (in minutes) as mentioned in section titled “Warranty support”

  • MGD means million gallons per day. "mg/l" means milligrams per liter. "ug/l" means micrograms per liter. "ng/l" means nanograms per liter. "S.U." means standard pH unit. "kg/day" means kilograms per day.

  • WGS means the Whole Game System and the procedures for the operation thereof as determined by The FA from time to time.

  • SOQ means Statement of Qualifications.

  • Supplier means the successful bidder who is awarded the contract to maintain and administer the required and specified service(s) to the State.

  • SAIC means the State Administration of Industry and Commerce of the PRC or its local branches as appropriate to the context.

  • The Contractor/ Vendor means the individual or firm or company undertaking the works and shall include legal personal representative of individual or composing the firm or company and the permitted assignees of individual or firms of company.

  • COGSA means the Carriage of Goods by Sea Act of the United States of America approved on 16th April 1936.

  • Network Upgrades means modifications or additions to transmission-related facilities that are integrated with and support the Transmission Provider’s overall Transmission System for the general benefit of all users of such Transmission System. Network Upgrades shall include:
