ISAP definition

ISAP means the Cadbury Schweppes International Share Award Plan.
ISAP means this 2011 Israeli Share Award Plan as may be amended from time to time.

  • In order to avoid transition conflicts, for a period not to exceed forty-eight (48) hours while PBS is processing, a Lineholder shall not be able to pick up, drop or trade a trip through ISAP that touches the last six (6) days of the bid period.

  • Simultaneously drop one or more pairings and pick-up one or more pairings from open time or from another Lineholder who is simultaneously dropping the desired pairing during the ISAP process (Drop/Pick-up Transaction Bid).

  • This Section 3.05(b) shall apply to Conditional Awards (as each is defined in the rules of the ISAP) which are not subject to performance conditions.
