Sponsor shall not classify registrants as customers, unless the Sponsor has received the registrants’ Lead Data from a source outside of ISACA.
On ISACA’s request, Sponsor shall provide ISACA with a certificate from the insurer confirming the existence of the aforesaid insurance, which certificate will provide that the insurer will not terminate, cancel or materially modify such insurance coverage without thirty days’ prior written notice to ISACA.
Names of confirmed Exhibitors may be used by ISACA for promotion and publicity purposes for the Conference, including without limitation the right to use Exhibitor’s logo or other identifying symbols (“Trademarks”).
All exhibitors and sponsors agree to abide by the ISACA Event Roster Policy.
