ISA Terms definition

ISA Terms additional terms contained at Section 2, Part B of these Terms which will apply to you should you choose to hold your investments through an ISA.
ISA Terms. Pe terms set out in Part B of these Terms which apply to an Investor if he/she has invested all, or part of, the Portfolio in the Puma AIM IHT ISA. “Joint and Several Liability” If joint and several liability applies, the effect is that both the Investor and the other person(s) separately promise to meet all obligations under these terms in respect of the account either (1) jointly with the other person(s); and (2) individually.
ISA Terms means the terms in Schedule 7: ISA Terms.

Examples of ISA Terms in a sentence

  • In the event of any conflict between these ISA Terms and any other terms, the ISA Terms will apply.

  • If relevant to you, please see the ISA Terms set out in Section 2, Part B (“Additional Isa Terms”).

  • We shall administer your ISA in accordance with these ISA Terms and Conditions and any other applicable Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.

  • These ISA Terms apply to the Individual Savings Account (“ISA”) that you have with an investment services provider (“ISP”) and are supplementary to any terms you have with them.

  • Rowan Dartington will not consider using any ISA allowance you may have at any time unless you or your adviser instruct us to do so and then only subject to the Company’s ISA Terms.

  • Please read in conjunction with these Terms the additional ISA Terms in Appendix 1 and the additional SIPP Terms in Appendix 2.

  • If you do not wish to accept any such transfer you may either close your Account (but not your Junior Account) or transfer your Account or Junior Account to another ISA in accordance with paragraph 12.1 of these ISA Terms and Conditions.

  • If you want to cancel a transfer from another ISA manager, see your ISA Terms for more information on how to do so.

  • A copy of the agreement with the Investment Services Partner, including the ISA Terms, is attached to these terms.

  • To the extent that there is any inconsistency between these ISA Terms, the General Terms and the Custodian Agreement, the ISA Terms shall prevail insofar as the subject relates to the Puma AIM IHT ISA.

Related to ISA Terms

  • Contract Terms means the terms applicable to and set out in this Contract;

  • Product Terms means the document that provides information about Products available under this Agreement. The Product Terms document is published on the Licensing Site and is updated from time to time.

  • FIA Terms and Conditions means the supplemental terms and conditions relating to the School's fees in advance scheme;

  • Extended Terms shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.4.

  • Use Terms means the Software Use Rights document as defined in the Order Form.
