Examples of IRU Term in a sentence

  • The term of this Agreement (the "Term") shall begin on the Effective Date and shall end upon expiration of the last IRU Term to expire, provided that, with respect to the Interim IRU, the Term shall extend twenty-five years from the Effective Date.

  • Rainier Connect will pay TPU $2.5 million annually (“IRU Fee”) during each of the first five years of the IRU term, increasing to $3 million an- nually for all subsequent years of the IRU Term and Extended IRU Terms, adjusted annually based on increases in the Consumer Price Index (“CPI”).

  • Following execution of the agreements between the parties, the two parties will develop a mutually-agreeable plan for such migration, and will review and revise the plan every three to five years through- out the IRU Term and Extended IRU Terms.

  • TPU commits to maintain attenuation levels not to exceed an overall end to end dB loss greater than 35 dB at the beginning of the IRU term and not to exceed 39.4 dB for the duration of the IRU Term.

  • At the end of the IRU term or Extended IRU Term, or in the event of Rainier Connect’s default, Tacoma Power will be entitled to all data regarding the existing network and its use, without exception, and nothing in this para- graph will limit Tacoma Power’s access to Rainier Connect’s data, maps, and information regarding the Network.

  • All responsibility for capital expenditures for the provision of the products and services to Network subscribers will be borne by Raini- er Connect during the IRU Term and Extension IRU Terms other than expenditures necessary to meet Tacoma Power’s obligations for Maintenance on Critical Routes.

  • All of the operating expenses of the operation of the Network will be borne by Rainier Connect during the IRU Term, other than the Mainte- nance obligations to be assumed by Tacoma Power on Critical Routes.

  • Initial Term has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.

  • Renewal Period “Buyer” and “Default” have the same meanings respectively as they have in the Water Agreement.

  • Service & Term XOOM Energy Ohio, LLC (“XOOM” or “Company”) agrees to act as your exclusive natural gas supplier and will provide competitive retail natural gas service to you. The Term of this Agreement will begin on the next available meter read date after processing of the request by XOOM and your gas utility, and will continue for the Contract Term as set forth in the accompanying Contract Summary, which is incorporated into this Agreement. Acceptance into the Program:These terms and conditions are subject to your acceptance into the program by both XOOM and your local utility.   • Agreement Term has the meaning set forth in Section 11.1.

  • License Term means the duration of a License as specified in the Order.

  • Additional Term shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.2.

  • Extended Term shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.4.

  • Base Term Commencing (i) with respect to the Original Premises on the Commencement Date, and (ii) with respect to the Expansion Premises on the Expansion Premises Commencement Date, and ending with respect to the entire Premises on September 15, 2016 (“Expiration Date”).”

  • Contract Term means period of performance set forth in the paragraph entitled “Term” contained in Exhibit E.

  • Initial Period means the period from (and including) the Issue Date to (but excluding) the First Call Date;

  • Fixed Term shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.3.

  • Development Term means the period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on the earlier of (a) the Option Closing Date or (b) the date the Option terminates or expires other than by exercise.

  • Project Term the period from the Operation Commencement Date to the Expiry Date or the Termination Date, whichever occurs first, which is further described in Clause 3;

  • Services Term means the period during which you are entitled by Red Hat to use, receive access or consume a particular Red Hat Product pursuant to an Order Form or Business Partner order.

  • Automatic Renewal Term has the meaning set forth in Section 10(a) hereof.

  • Extension Term means the time period defined in §2.C.

  • Licence Term means the Initial Term plus any Further Term; Licensee means You and/or the Permitted Users;

  • Basic Term shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.2 of the Lease.

  • Transition Period means the period beginning with the Registration Date and ending as of the earlier of: (i) the date of the first annual meeting of stockholders of the Company at which directors are to be elected that occurs after the close of the third calendar year following the calendar year in which the Registration Date occurs; and (ii) the expiration of the “reliance period” under Treasury Regulation Section 1.162-27(f)(2).

  • Initial Termination Date has the meaning set forth in Section 9.1(b)(i).

  • Research Term has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Development Period means the period from the date of this Agreement until the Appointed Date;

  • Period of Extended Hire means any additional period that the Hirer wishes the Agency Worker to be supplied for beyond the duration of the original Assignment or series of assignments as an alternative to paying a Transfer Fee;

  • Consulting Period has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 14(f) hereof.
