IRSSA definition

IRSSA means the Settlement Agreement dated ● , 2006, (made between Canada, certain Plaintiffs, as represented by the National Consortium, the Merchant Law Group and independent counsel; the AFN; Inuit representatives, and the Church Organizations as defined in the IRSSA) as approved by the Approval Orders. “In-Kind Services” includes In-Kind Services, contributions, commitments or programs as the context may require.
