Irrigated Acreage definition

Irrigated Acreage means all acres of land designated of an Assessor’s Parcel as utilized for Irrigated agricultural use as determined by the Department of Agriculture.

  • To avoid the disruption that the Pueblo’s immediately exercising its full Historically Irrigated Acreage Right (“HIA Right”) would cause to non-Indian irrigation in the Taos Valley and in consideration for this Settlement Agreement, the Pueblo shall forbear from the immediate full exercise of its HIA Right.

  • Notwithstanding anything contained in this Lease to the contrary, the Irrigation Water shall only be used by Lessee’s and its agents on the Irrigated Acreage in connection with the production of crops grown on the Premises and Lessee shall not use or export such water to any other lands other than such Irrigated Acreage, or use such water for any purpose not authorized by this lease without Lessor’s prior written consent.
