Irresponsible definition

Irresponsible means that an applicant owned or operated a solid waste management facility in this state, including transportation equipment or mobile processing equipment used by or on behalf of the applicant, which was subject to a state or federal notice of violation, judicial action, or criminal prosecution for activities that constitute violations of Chapter 403, F.S., or the rules promulgated thereunder, and could have prevented the violation through reasonable compliance with Department rules.
Irresponsible means that an Applicant owned or operated a Solid Waste Management Facility in this state, including transportation equipment or mobile Processing equipment used by or on behalf of the Applicant, which was subject to a local, state or federal Notice of Violation, judicial action, or criminal prosecution for activities that constitute violations of Federal, State or local rules or regulations, Chapter 403, F.S., or the rules promulgated thereunder.
Irresponsible drinking, resulting in behavior that is overly boisterous, obnoxious, or unrepresentative of the camp community.
