The Project Company shall comply with the System Grid Code IRPP technical requirements.
A.2.1 The Commissioner appoints the Applicant from / 20 to be a police recruit undertaking the IRPP until the Applicant is appointed as a police recruit undertaking the Recruit Training Program, or until the contract ends or is otherwise terminated pursuant to Part B of this contract, or its operation is suspended in accordance with A.2.2 of this contract.
C.12.3 Any recreation leave accrued by the Applicant whilst a police recruit undertaking the IRPP shall be taken prior to commencing the Recruit Training Program.
