IRNE means a communications network owned and operated by the City of Portland.

  • Multnomah ESD Network Manager shall be responsible for any equipment provided by the Multnomah ESD to use the IRNE Services to transmit and receive information.

  • Failure to pay charges when due may also result in termination of IRNE Services as provided by section 14 of this Agreement.
