IRL Transfer definition
IRL Transfer means any Transfer of all or substantially all of the ownership interests in or assets of any one or more of the IRL's, other than the IRL located in UH and other than in connection with (i) the Transfer of all or substantially all of the ownership interests in or assets of the Hospital with which the respective IRL is affiliated; or (ii) the Transfer related to the closing of or reduction in services provided by the respective IRL.
