Examples of IRI Data in a sentence

  • NewCo acknowledges and agrees that all data collected and provided to IRI or a client of IRI at the request of IRI as part of the Services ("IRI Data") shall be owned solely by IRI and shall not be provided to any other party without IRI's prior written consent.
