IRCTC definition

IRCTC in this Agreement means the IRCTC entity with which you have entered into your Terms (e.g., IRCTC Inc., IRCTC Limited, etc.) and its affiliates. The API, Specifications are, as applicable, the intellectual property and proprietary information of IRCTC. Any right to use, copy or to retain a copy of the API and the API Specifications is subject to and contingent on your full compliance with this API Agreement. If you violate any part of this API Agreement, (i) your access to the API may be suspended or terminated without notice and you have no right to use the API or (ii) as liquidated damages, you may experience service degradation and/or prices charged to you for usage may be changed. If you wish to terminate all or part of this API Agreement, you must cease all use of the API.
IRCTC means Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Ltd. (IRCTC) constituted under Section 3 of the Act and having its Registered & Corporate Office at 11th Floor Statesman House, B-148, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi and includes its representatives, successors and assigns.
IRCTC means “Indian Railway Catering And Tourism Corporation Limited” which expression shall unless excluded by or repugnant to the context include IRCTC’s representative.

  • No employee of the IRCTC, personally or through family members, will in connection with the tender for, or the execution of a contract, demand, take a promise for or accept, for self or third person , any material or immaterial benefit which the person is not legally entitled to.

  • The IRCTC will provide to the Monitor sufficient information about all meetings among the parties related to the project provided such meetings could have an impact on the contractual relations between the IRCTC and the contractor.

  • The Bidder(s)/Contractor(s) accepts that the Monitor has the right to access without restriction to all project documentation of the IRCTC including that provided by the Contractor.

  • If the monitor has reported to the CMD IRCTC, a substantiated suspicion of an offence under relevant IPC/PC ACT, and the CMD IRCTC has not, within the reasonable time taken visible action to proceed against such offence or reported it to the Chief Vigilance Officer, the monitor may also transmit this information directly to the Central Vigilance Commissioner.

  • The Monitor will submit a written report to the CMD, IRCTC within 8 to 10 weeks from the date of reference or intimation to him by the IRCTC and should the occasion arise, submit proposals for correcting problematic situations.

  • End Users means a Third Party residence or business that subscribes to Telecommunications Services provided by any of the Parties at retail. As used herein, the term “End User(s)” does not include any of the Parties to this Agreement with respect to any item or service obtained under this Agreement.

  • Microsoft means Microsoft Corporation.

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Advertiser means the person or organisation whose product or service is being advertised, or whose name or image is mentioned or promoted in an advertisement;

  • Users means, for Services, those employees, contractors, and end users, as applicable, authorized by You or on Your behalf to use the Services in accordance with this Agreement and Your order. For Services that are specifically designed to allow Your clients, agents, customers, suppliers or other third parties to access the Services to interact with You, such third parties will be considered “Users” subject to the terms of this Agreement and Your order.

  • Reseller is a category of CLECs who purchase the use of Finished Services for the purpose of reselling those Telecommunications Services to their End User Customers.

  • Licensed User means a natural person employed by or under contract to Licensee who is assigned a unique and fixed user account to consume one license to use the Licensed Software, Output, or an Application, under this License Agreement, regardless of whether such individual is actively using the Licensed Software, Output, or an Application at any given time. Licenses for Licensed Users are priced on a per seat or site subscription basis.

  • Network User means each natural or legal person having concluded a Standard Transmission Agreement with the TSO for Transmission Services in the Transmission Grid.

  • Named Users means designated individual users authorized by Customer to access or use Smart Configure, Price, Quote.

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • SFDC means xxxxxxxxxx.xxx.

  • EULA means an end user license agreement for software of CenturyLink or a third-party provider. Customer End Users must accept a EULA before downloading certain software for use with the Service.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Service Users has the same meaning as defined in the Service Agreement (Part A) – Standard Terms of Funding.

  • User Content means any comments, remarks, data, feedback, content, text, photographs, images, video, music, or other content or information that you or any Site Visitor or User post to any part of the Site or provide to Upwork, including such content or information that is posted as a result of questions.

  • SPID is the number that identifies a service provider to the relevant NPAC. The SPID may be a state-specific number. "Serving Wire Center" denotes the CenturyLink building from which dial tone for local Exchange Service would normally be provided to a particular End User Customer premises. "Signaling System 7" or "SS7" is an out-of-band signaling protocol consisting of four basic sub- protocols:

  • Publisher means any person or entity that distributes copies of the Document to the public.

  • Digital Cross Connect System or "DCS" is a function which provides automated Cross Connection of Digital Signal Level 0 (DS0) or higher transmission bit rate digital channels within physical interface facilities. Types of DCS include but are not limited to DCS 1/0s, DCS 3/1s, and DCS 3/3s, where the nomenclature 1/0 denotes interfaces typically at the DS1 rate or greater with Cross Connection typically at the DS0 rate. This same nomenclature, at the appropriate rate substitution, extends to the other types of DCS specifically cited as 3/1 and 3/3. Types of DCS that cross connect Synchronous Transport Signal level 1 (STS-1 s) or other Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) signals (e.g., STS-3) are also DCS, although not denoted by this same type of nomenclature. DCS may provide the functionality of more than one of the aforementioned DCS types (e.g., DCS 3/3/1 which combines functionality of DCS 3/3 and DCS 3/1). For such DCS, the requirements will be, at least, the aggregation of requirements on the "component" DCS. In locations where automated Cross Connection capability does not exist, DCS will be defined as the combination of the functionality provided by a Digital Signal Cross Connect (DSX) or Light Guide Cross Connect (LGX) patch panels and D4 channel banks or other DS0 and above multiplexing equipment used to provide the function of a manual Cross Connection. Interconnection is between a DSX or LGX to a Switch, another Cross Connection, or other service platform device.

  • BT Network means BT’s public electronic communications network;

  • Custom Materials means Materials developed by the Supplier at the Procuring Entity's expense under the Contract and identified as such in Appendix 5 of the Contract Agreement and such other Materials as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Materials. Custom Materials includes Materials created from Standard Materials.

  • Authorized Users means employees or contractors of the Licensee who regularly work at Your Workplace who use the Software.
