  • IRCTC and/or its respective suppliers hereby disclaim all warranties, terms & conditions with regard to this information, products and services including all implied warranties, terms and conditions, by statute, collaterally or otherwise of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non infringement.

  • IRCTC reserves the right to terminate this Agreement or discontinue the API or any portion or feature thereof for any or no reason and at any time without liability to you.

  • This is a legal agreement between you (name of the partner) and IRCTC.

  • Editing of the fields across IRCTC and Third Parties is not allowed in the same tab or screen.

  • If you are not a party to Terms, then a) the IRCTC API Agreement is governed by Indian Penal Code, and b) ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS API AGREEMENT WILL BE LITIGATED EXCLUSIVELY IN THE STATE civil court.

  • End Users means a Third Party residence or business that subscribes to Telecommunications Services provided by any of the Parties at retail. As used herein, the term “End User(s)” does not include any of the Parties to this Agreement with respect to any item or service obtained under this Agreement.
