The operator of each FFV that anticipates a trans- shipping operation in which the FFV will receive fish or fisheries products must specify the date, time, position and area the FFV will conduct the ‘‘TRANSFER’’ and the name and IRCS of the other FFV or U.S. vessel in- volved (action code ‘‘TRANSFER’’).
Each operator want- ing to ‘‘CANCEL’’ a previous report may do so by sending a revised mes- sage, and inserting the word ‘‘CAN- CEL’’ in front of the previous report’s vessel name, IRCS, date, time and ac- tion code canceled (action code ‘‘CAN- CEL’’).
