  • No Party shall enter into any discussions with IRCCA regarding a proposed remedy that would change the terms of the transactions contemplated hereby without the express prior written consent and participation in those discussions of the other Party.

  • Aurora shall lead in all meetings, discussions and communications with IRCCA relating to obtaining Uruguayan Regulatory Approval (unless the communications are in response to a request by IRCCA directed to ICC, in which case ICC or their legal counsel may respond to such request after consulting, to the extent permitted by applicable Law, with Aurora or their legal counsel first).
