IR4 definition

IR4 means a Reference Obligation or Reference Entity that has been assigned an Internal Rating Classification below 50.
IR4 means Snuneymuxw Indian Reserve Nanaimo River 4.
IR4 means a Reference Obligation or Reference Entity that has been assigned an Internal Rating Classification of between 1.0 and 3.9.
