IR3 definition

IR3 means a Reference Obligation or Reference Entity that has been assigned an Internal Rating Classification of between 4.0 and 4.4.
IR3 means a Reference Obligation or Reference Entity that has been assigned an Internal Rating Classification of 50 or between 50 and 55.
