The IPTF shall be autonomous with regard to the execution of its functions under this Agreement.
The Parties shall cooperate fully with the IPTF and shall so instruct all their law enforcement agencies.
The IPTF Commissioner may request that meetings of appropriate commissions be convened to discuss issues within his or her area of responsibility.
