IP&T Agreement definition

IP&T Agreement means that certain Intellectual Property and Technology Agreement of even date herewith, to which both Licensor and Licensee are parties.

  • Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, termination or breach of this Agreement shall not affect or alter any rights or obligations of the Participants under the IP&T Agreement in any manner.

  • Except as expressly modified herein, all other terms and conditions of the IPT Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

  • Licensee’s rights to receive and use Cost Shared Improvements shall be as set forth in the IP&T Agreement and, for avoidance of doubt, shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
